 Everyone is afraid of fear. Whether it is an animal, a bird or a human. In reality, a person is born with fear, so why there is a feeling of fear with this fear? 

 If fear was a bad feeling, would we have taken birth with it? No !!!!!!! Fear, in reality, motivates us to move forward. Now see, fear of death motives you to protect yourself. The fear of being insulted leads you to morality, the fear of losing a loved one motivates him to perform the responsibilities towards them, but, this fear becomes worse when you let it dominate you, and you are in the situation where you can not make any effort to avoid that fear.

 So if you have to win this fear, then you have to dominate this fear, then breakdown the boundaries of fear. Except your soul do not lay down yourself in front of anyone. And remember that when you stop being afraid of darkness, only then you will be able to light up like a lamp in your life and in others life.
